"In my course outline, I give out my email address, my home phone number, my fax number. So many times when an assignment is due and a student can't get to me, either I'll accept it through email or through fax so at least they'll get the assignment in on time. I think it's important for our students to know that we are 100 percent behind them. We have to show them more support now than we ever have before."
