Students entering Southern University at New Orleans in the fall of 2010 will have to satisfy the following criteria for admission
Please note that the new application fee is $20; $35 for international students.
- Completion of the Louisiana Board of Regents high school core curriculum (also TOPS core curriculum); AND
- Requirement of no more than one remedial course for immediate admission; AND
- High school GPA of 2.0 or greater; OR
- ACT composite score of 20 (SAT 950) or greater; OR
- High school graduation rank to 50% of class.
