WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CELP?

Students who comply with the terms of the Southern University at New Orleans Chancellor’s Emerging Leaders Program will be awarded Full Tuition Scholarship to Southern University at New Orleans.   The scholarship is renewable yearly based on satisfactory performance consistent with TOPS program requirements.
