COMPTROLLER OFFICE CLOSURE

 

Due to Fiscal Year-End Closing, the Comptroller's Office will be closed for all business transactions Wednesday, June 23rd through Wednesday, June 30th. The office will re-open on Thursday, July 1, 2010.

 

MANDATORY WEEKLY MEETINGS FOR FRESHMEN

 

Starting Wednesday, June 9th, all freshmen will be required to attend weekly meetings. Concerns or questions about these meetings should be forwarded to Dr. Donna Grant, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs & Enrollment Services at extension 5015 or (504) 231-6064.

 

Place: The Castle (University Gymnasium)

Time: 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Day: Every Wednesday
